Last week, William came down with a nasty cold so it was total survival week here. In fact, I think a few nights consisted of eating cereal for dinner. We are so happy our boy is on the mend now, but as luck would have it, he was kind enough to share his germs with me and Nathan. Three boxes of tissues, two homemade pots of Chicken Noddle Soup, and about 15,000 mgs of Vitamin C later and I think we're close to kicking this thing!
Hence all of the comfort food/carb-related items on our menu this week ;)
Monday - Baked Potato Bar (we love making these in our Crock Pot via this method from Finding Joy in My Kitchen)
Tuesday - Philly Cheesesteak Sandwiches, Raw Veggie with Dip
Wednesday - Ravioli with Meat Sauce, Garlic Bread, Steamed Broccoli
Thursday - On Your Own
Friday - Roast in the Crock Pot
Saturday - Leftovers with Roast (Roast Beef Sliders)
