Menu Plan Monday

Last week we had such a fun, busy week so we are looking forward to a nice quiet week at home. The temps are cooling off, the leaves are changing color to brown and the night is creeping in a little sooner...I love this time of year!

William and I are off to pick some apples today with a friend, so our house is bound to smell of cinnamon, vanilla, apples and all things fall this week. And we're already planning our yearly pumpkin patch trip for October. Why can't fall be as long as summer?! :)

Here's what we're eating this week:

Monday -Oven Baked Chicken Fajitas (I think this makes the 3rd week these have made our menu!)
  • William's menu: (b'fast) - Eggs, turkey sausage, prunes
  • (lunch) - PB&J, mac and cheese, strawberries

Tuesday - Grilled Ham Steak, veggies
  • William's menu: (b'fast) - French Toast Sticks (freezer), fruit
  • (lunch) - Carrot Fries, Apples, Turkey

Wednesday - Easy Night (something quick and easy because of Bible Study)

  • William's menu: (b'fast) - Pancakes, Fruit
  • (lunch) - Turkey Meatballs, Cheese, Fruit

  • William's menu: (b'fast) - Eggs, Fruit
  • (lunch) - Black Bean and Sweet Potato Quesadilla, Fruit

Sunday - Pizza
  • William's menu: (b'fast) - Muffins (freezer), fruit
  • (lunch) - Mini Tuna Balls, Cheese, Fruit

  1. Looks like a great week! I love fall too -- I came home to work this afternoon so I could sit near the breeze and enjoy the amazing day. Do you think you'll get many colors, or mostly just yellow to brown?

  2. I would go for fall being as long as summer and if we could stretch spring too we could go without winter. I don't need it at all!
