Menu Plan Monday

Happy Monday friends!

I hope you had a wonderful St. Patty's weekend. We had a whirlwind weekend with several showings and an open house, which kept us looking for stuff to do occupied most of the time. We strolled down to Wegmans and bought a few items we didn't need, and then we went to a local mall where (surprise!) they had a free art exhibit on display made by local middle school children. We live an adventurous life, I tell ya'.

In other exciting news, one little fella' made his daddy's heart melt into pieces this weekend when he finally said the words "Da Da"!!

I had been hearing him say it for a few days but Nathan didn't buy it until he finally heard it himself. Now it's William's favorite thing to say, and everything is Da Da! :) We show him a brush? Da Da! We show him his favorite book? Da Da! We eat banana's for lunch? Da Da!

...You get the idea ;)

Here's what we're chowing down on this week:

Monday - Easy dinner night (probably a quick-fix meal or soup and sandwiches)

Tuesday - Ham and Cheese Sliders

Wednesday - Thanksgiving Dinner! (This is Nathan's favorite, so I'm surprising him with Turkey breast, Mashed Potatoes, Green Beans and Rolls)

Thursday - Leftovers

Friday - Meatball Subs

Saturday - Cake Batter Pancakes with Pineapple Smoothies

  2. Ahh, nothing better than to hear baby say your "name" - hopefully, this will be the name he uses in the middle of the night. HA

I can't believe you're cooking and showing your house. Maybe the good smells will be appealing and will sell your house!
