Oh, Happy Day!

Take a peek at what's inside my pantry as I type this....

{Squeal!!!!}

My local grocer finally came through for me, and stocked those pretty shelves with this orange goodness. I made sure to stock up, although now I'm wishing I would've bought every last can they had. BUT, I know there might be other peeps out there who need to get their pumpkin fix on, so I tried to refrain.

It took everything I had not to rush home immediately and make up a big batch of these for dinner . . .

Topped off with a slice of this . . .

And a dozen of these . . .

And a big fat one of these for dessert . . .

Someone send help. I think I might need a pumpkin intervention.

Oh, and to help me feel a little better about my obsession, I'd love to hear what pumpkin recipes you can't get enough of. Spill it, girlfriend!
