Pangea Handmade Giveaway Winner + Aug. 15 Menu Plan

I am so excited to announce the Pangea Handmade Giveaway winner today! Thank you to everyone who either entered, followed Angie on Facebook and/or Twitter, and took the chance to peruse her wonderful website. Word on the street is Angie is currently working on some fabulous new inventory, so be sure and check back soon to see her new items!

Enough blabbing on my part...let's get to the winner, shall we? I chose the winner via random.org's number generator

{drum roll}

Congratulations to...

Chelsea - I'll be sending you the deets on your prize later today!

Thanks again to those who entered. If you weren't the winner, then don't fret! Angie's jewels are so reasonably priced...just save your beans and purchase some for yourself. Or, if you're like me, add 'em to your Pinterest and then casually leave your account open for your hubby to see. ;) I may or may not have just gotten a Pangea Handmade ring based on that very example. [grin]

Nathan and I are uber excited about this week...we're putting the finishing touches on our kitchen tile, and we're also packing and preparing for Nathan's oldest brothers big wedding later this week. We can't wait to see our family and friends and celebrate with Jared and Stefanie on their big day!

Because of that, this week's menu plan is a little on the skimpy side. But, as always...we are still planning a menu because we find it saves us time, money and the headache of wondering what we should fix for dinner!

Monday - Tomato and Cucumber Sandwich (we've been getting lots of garden fresh veggies from my parents garden!)

Tuesday - Pineapple Chicken & Brown Rice w/ Broccoli (we've had this on our menu for a few weeks but haven't yet gotten around to making it...here's hoping we can!)

Wednesday - Leftovers

  1. Yum! I remember eating tomato sandwiches, using garden fresh tomatoes as a little girl. I wonder why I stopped?

    Congrats on your BIL and future SIL's upcoming wedding!
