June 14 Menu Plan

I'm still not back online just yet from celebrating mine and Nathan's 1-year anniversary, but I wanted to do a quick menu plan post and update you on our festivities so far.

We've been celebrating all weekend!  We kicked it off Friday night with a trip to my favorite place--the mall, and Nathan's favorite restaurant--Chipotle.  We stuffed our faces with chips and guacamole and then squeezed our sodium-induced selves into clothes at the mall.  It was a great night.

Saturday, we spent the day yard saling.  We hit up about 50 (yes, that's a zero after the 5) sales and found some amazing deals!  I'll be posting those later this week.  They're just too good not to share.  Then, we came home and did lots of weeding in the yard and even pressure washed the house.  OK, that last part wasn't exactly us celebrating the anniversary, but it was stuff that needed to be done.

Yesterday, which was actually our anniversary, was spent mostly at church.  That's why we both asked off work today to spend the entire day doing whatever we want (aka-sleep in, eat, and ride bikes!).

Here's what's on our menu this week.  I'm so looking forward to tonight's delicious feast!

Monday: Nathan's grilling out steak and crab legs.  I'm making up a yummy salad and sautéed veggies.
Tuesday: Chicken Teriyaki Fried Rice
Wednesday: Leftovers
Thursday: Poppy Seed Chicken
Friday: Hawaiian Turkey Burgers
Saturday: Grilled Chicken Tostadas
